How We Get Started

hmm...I rather say it was a random decision. Both me and my partner, Aziemah really want to venture in business after graduating. But we never expect it to be this soon. And we never thought of doing this business either. Like I said it was a random decision.

Both me and Aziemah are doing our practical at Health Department in Kuching, Sarawak. Reading manuals and government's text are part of our job (i mean if no job laaa). Aziemah came across this one particular book titled "Healthy Eating". She started to plan a menu for herself and me. And suddenly one day she came up to me and said "Why dont we make this as a business?". I thought it was and still a good idea. So i started to brainstorming thinking about our company's name and finally i come out with NutriGOAL. Both of us agreed and I started to design the booklet and logo.

We just dont really care whether this business is going to success or not. We just want to gain experience, learn how to do business and reached out to the "poor eating" community out there. By God's will, we will succeed.

NutriGOAL, nourishment for life

In this program, we will provide you with your "ideal" menu for 1 week based on what you should be consumed. The menu that we planned is based on what you like to eat and what you don't like or cannot eat. We let YOU decide.

But please don't get the wrong concept. This is not another slimming or lose weight program. The main reason why we come out with this idea is that we want to encourage healthy eating in amount enough for your body's needs. Nowadays, people tend to get the wrong idea of how dieting should be. People are more focused on losing weight rather than the quality of food they eat and in what amount should be consumed. This perception is continuously contaminate people's mind. As it goes on and on, people will become more stressed and not enjoying their food. In this menu that we planned for you, you will still have the chance to enjoy your favorite food. The choice is in YOUR hand - STRESS or ENJOY?!!!

This service comes with 2 packages:

Package A:
Menu plan for 1 week + 1 booklet( for early birds only) Price: RM30
We will provide you with:

• Healthy, safe and balance menu
• Planned menu suitable with customer's preference and health condition
• You DECIDE, we PLAN-based menu
  
• Easy to follow, simple and affordable
  
• You can enjoy a variety of food
  

Package B:
Menu plan for 1 week + Calories VS Cal-Worries Program + 1 booklet( for early birds only)
Price: RM60
We will provide you with:

• Everything as stated in Package A
• Weight Management Plan to monitor your weight
  
• This weight monitoring program is NOT a slimming program
• Encourage you to maintain your ideal weight suitable with your BMI
• Weight monitoring will be done from time to time by US!!!

Addition:
Any request to plan another menu will be charged RM10
